2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the East bench of Osoyoos where some of the best reds in BC are produced.  Aged 26 months in French oak, this rare BC Cabernet has strong notes of cassis, cloves and baking spices balanced with dark red fruits and supple tannins.  Short term cellaring will reward those who are patient.  Best enjoyed with grilled steak, venison or ripe soft cheeses.
