It was fermented and aged on the lees in 225 litre French oak barrels for 10 months (30% new). While drinking well now, it will also reward short term cellaring.

$19.99This is the first release of our first estate wine at Indigenous World. Three different clones of Muscat (Orange Muscat, Black Muscat, and Muscat Ottenal) were co-fermented and crafted as a dry, table wine. Beautifully aromatic, it displays the hallmark characteristics of Muscat, with notes of zesty citrus, spring flowers and spice. Great as an apertif or served with shellfish, poultry or hard cheese.
Ehrenfelser is a cross between Riesling and Silvaner that was developed for cool climates. Our 2016 vintage is off dry, and aromatic with a rich mouthfeel. Flavours of apple, pear and honeysuckle abound. A great patio wine, enjoyed well chilled with ham, blue cheese or light salads.
Sourced from the Similkameen Valley, the fruit was cool fermented to preserve the beautiful stone fruit aromatics of this exceptional Viognier. The naturally high acidity makes for a lively, refreshing wine with flavours of Violets, pear and white peach. Best enjoyed with shellfish, poultry or firm cheeses
A signature wine from Indigenous World Winery, our Pinot Noir Rose was left in contact with the skins overnight. The delicate color is matched by this Rose’s bouquet and flavour. Intense aromas of navel orange, jasmine and rose petal abound. The wine is crisp and well balanced on the palate with flavours of ripe strawberry, cranberry, rhubarb and vanilla. This vintage has received gold medals at both Wine Align and SFIWSC in 2017.
